Governor'S Mansion Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat milk to lukewarm.
    Add sugar, yeast and 1 cup of the flour.
    Add oil and salt; mix well.
    Add remaining flour; mix to make soft dough.
    Grease dough on all sides.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place, until double in size.
    Place on lightly floured board; knead until smooth.
    Shape into rolls, grease well and let rise again until double in size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
