Chicken Vesuvio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Marsala
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    French fried potatoes
Preparation
    Coat chicken pieces with mix of flour, salt and pepper. Heat 1/2
    cup
    oil
    in
    skillet, add chicken and brown on all sides. Place
    in
    large
    baking dish.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil and\tsaute garlic
    until
    lightly
    browned.
    Add
    Marsala and parsley; mix well.
    Pour over chicken in baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    about 45 minutes or until tender, turning once.
    Prepare potatoes and place around baking dish.
