Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. finely cut rhubarb
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Sprinkle top with the 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
