Potato Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. sliced, peeled raw potatoes
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops well, seasoning with salt and pepper.
    While they are browning, peel and slice potatoes as for scalloped potatoes.
    Place them in a casserole dish, sprinkling a tablespoon of flour, salt and pepper between layers.
    On the top of the potatoes, place the browned pork chops.
    Heat milk (about 2 cups) in the same skillet, stirring to get the brown fryings blended. Pour over the top of the potatoes.
    Cover dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
