Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl 1 minute. Scrape sides of blender and blend for 15 seconds more.
Refrigerate batter for 1 hour.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into lightly buttered crepe pan, rotating pan quickly to coat bottom evenly. Cook until lightly brown.
With spatula turn crepe very carefully and brown other side. Remove crepe and cool.
Repeat for remaining crepes.
