Margies Potato Salad(Serves About 60) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pounds potatoes
    4 dozen eggs
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 1/2 quart Miracle Whip
    Milk to thin
    Prepared yellow mustard, mixed with Miracle Whip to turn to a dark cream color
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and eggs, Cool.
    Cut into small chunks in a large bowl.
    Add onions and the thinned and mustarded Miracle Whip.
    Pour over potatoes and eggs.
    Stir.
    Let stand a couple hours in cool place for flavor to penetrate.
