Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple
    2 c. mashed banana
    2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir until moist.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and banana.
    Spoon into a well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
    Top with cream cheese icing.
