Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. low-fat oleo, melted
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. yellow cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, salt and soda.
    Add eggs, corn, milk, oleo, onion and peppers.
    Mix well, then add sausage and cheese.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan or casserole dish.
    Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 uncovered.
    Makes at least 10 servings.
    May be frozen.
    This is a complete meal with a green salad.
