Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
corn tortillas
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Mix together onion, enchilada sauce, chilies, tomato paste and soups; add to meat.
Cut 1 package of corn meal tortillas into bite size pieces and line casserole dish with half of tortillas.
Cover with half of mixture and rest of tortillas.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven; top with 1/2 pound grated cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese melts.
