Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. diced potatoes
3 boiled eggs, diced
1/4 c. sweet pickles, diced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, diced
1 small jar pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil potatoes on high without cover to keep firm.
Drain potatoes.
Mix the other ingredients together in small bowl. Lightly fold in potatoes.
Do not stir.
Add more mayonnaise if needed.
Chill before serving.
