Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box fresh mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 handful of Cheddar cheese
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. flaked crabmeat (imitation)
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms. Snap out and chop the stems. Combine the chopped stems, butter and onion. Microwave for 3 minutes or until the onion is tender. Stir in most of the cheese (reserve a little to top the mushrooms) and microwave for 1 minute. Stir in the bread crumbs, garlic salt and crab. Fill the mushroom caps with the crab mixture. Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and microwave for 5 minutes.
