Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. red cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can small sweet peas
1 can French-style green beans
1 chopped purple onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil.
Drain juice from corn, sweet peas and green beans.
Mix with onion and bell pepper.
Add vinegar mixture.
Mix well and refrigerate.
