Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. stew meat
    1 c. celery
    2 c. sliced carrots
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 can beef with barley soup
    1 can tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. well rounded instant tapioca
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 small onions, diced
Preparation
    Brown the meat in oil.
    Put in bottom of crock-pot.
    Layer raw vegetables over meat.
    Mix soups, water, sugar, tapioca, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture in top of crock-pot.
    Cook on low all day.
    If cooked on high, done in 4 to 5 hours.
