Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine
1 c. buttermilk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all of the above well and pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
