Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls of Ritz crackers (crumbled)
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick of margarine
    2 (6 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
    1 large container of Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with crumbled crackers.
    Press into a 13 X 9 X 2 pan.
    Let ice cream get soft, then mix with vanilla pudding with electric mixer for about 4
    minutes.
    Spoon over crackers.
    Spread Cool Whip over the ice cream mixture.
    Sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip, then sprinkle nuts over the coconut.
    Keep in the refrigerator.
