Irish Tea Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 oz. sugar
    2 oz. margarine
    1 oz. sultanas or raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    milk (to mix)
Preparation
    Sieve flour, baking powder and salt.
    Rub in margarine.
    Add sugar and sultanas.
    Mix to a soft dough with milk (not too soft). Cut out on floured board.
    Brush with egg and milk; bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for approximately 15 minutes.
