Basic Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (about 110~ to 115~)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, stirring about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour, salt and oil to make a soft dough.
    On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth (about 5 minutes, add remaining flour, a little at a time, to prevent dough from sticking to hands).
    Grease or coat (using a nonstick spray) a large bowl.
    Place dough in the bowl, turn to coat top of dough.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
