Pineapple Or Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple rings or peach halves
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. pineapple or peach juice
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Put margarine in 9 or 10-inch skillet and melt.
Add brown sugar.
Arrange fruit on top.
Beat sugar and eggs until very light.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix until very light and foamy. Pour over first part.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes. When done, turn over on a large plate.
Fruit will be on top.
