Pasta With Shrimp In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. angel hair pasta
    3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta cooking liquid. In large nonstick skillet, cook shrimp, spinach and garlic in oil over medium-high heat until shrimp are pink (about 2 to 3 minutes). Add wine, seasonings and pasta cooking liquid.
    Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Place pasta in serving dish.
    Pour shrimp sauce over pasta and toss.
