Steak And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings on wax paper.
    Pound into meat which is cut into serving size pieces.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
    Remove from skillet; drain fat and wipe pan.
    Combine soup and water in skillet.
    Put meat into soup mixture and simmer until meat is tender.
    Stir in sour cream and heat.
    Do not boil; sour cream will curdle.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
