Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well.
Add melted butter and lemon juice.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until middle is set and pie is brown.
Cool and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
