Oatmeal Crackers(Havrekjeks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 c. bran flakes
    2 c. rolled oats
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix corn and bran flakes and then crush.
    Add oats, flour and sugar.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
    Dissolve soda in hot water and add.
    Blend well.
    Divide dough into 4 equal parts. On a floured pastry cloth, roll each portion to 1/16-inch thick, using a sleeve-covered lefse rolling pin.
    With a pizza or fattigman cutter, cut into 2 x 3-inch rectangles.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool. Crackers are tender, so store carefully.
