Breaded Chicken Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, skinned and boned, then cut into small pieces
1 egg (optional)
1 c. bread crumbs, lightly toasted
2 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 chopped onion (optional)
chicken broth (enough to hold ingredients together)
Preparation

Put margarine in skillet.
Add seasoning and saute lightly. Take chicken, bread crumbs and seasonings that are sauteed and add all together with egg and broth to form patties.
These may be used now or frozen individually for a later date.
Thaw slightly before frying.
