Three Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tsp. butter, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix well the butter, sour cream and egg in a large bowl.
    Stir in the cans of corn and muffin mix. Spoon it into a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    If you decide to use the cheese, add it after 45 minutes and stir well. The dish is cooked when it is slightly puffed.
