Fried Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bananas, peeled
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. coconut milk
    1 c. oil
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Peel bananas; set aside for 15 minutes.
    Blend together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add slowly to the cold water, beaten egg and coconut milk.
    Heat oil in wok.
    Reduce heat; slip bananas into batter.
    Slide in carefully, 3 at a time.
    Turn over once.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Coconut is optional.
