Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers, seeded and washed out
1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. prepared Minute rice
1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. minced celery
2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
Preparation

Wash and remove the seeds from the green peppers.
Place the peppers in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender.
Brown the meat.
While the meat is browning, add the tomatoes.
When the meat is browned, add the prepared rice.
Add the minced celery and minced onion to the cooked meat/rice mixture.
Stuff the green peppers with the meat/rice mixture and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until the rice begins to brown.
