Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1 Tbsp. oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in oil.
Push to outer edges of skillet.
Add garlic and saute.
Stir in water and soy sauce.
Bring to hard boil.
Cover. Simmer 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook over medium-high heat until liquid is gone and beef is glazed.
Stir often so all sides of beef pieces are coated.
Serve with rice and broccoli.
