Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. ground unpeeled zucchini
    3 c. ground celery
    3 c. ground onions
    3/4 c. ground green peppers
    6 c. water
    1/4 c. canning salt
    3 c. white vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook together for 10 minutes.
    Seal in jars.
    Makes 6 pints.
