Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    green onions
    2 ribs celery
    2 bell peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour, onions, celery, peppers and garlic. Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.
    Add soup and meat.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and green onions.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Serves about 6.
