Aunt Ada'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 c. broken up pecans
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs; blend in melted butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup.
Sprinkle nuts over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Now gently pour syrup mixture over pecans and bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes longer.
