Kifle(Bubba'S Small Nut Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 small cake yeast
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
    2 egg yolks (save whites)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    confectioners sugar
    melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Put flour in large mixing bowl; crumble in compressed yeast. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until crumbly.
    Add egg yolks and sour cream.
    Mix well (use hands).
    Form into a ball; knead on lightly floured surface until smooth (5 to 10 minutes). Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
