Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
3 c. cubed, peeled apples (6 to 7)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
