Mexican Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can whole kernel corn, drain 1/2 liquid
1 can pinto beans, drain 1/2 liquid
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion in a large saucepan.
Combine Velveeta, beans, corn, Ro-Tel and tomatoes; add hamburger and onions.
Simmer 20 minutes.
