Valerie'S Lo-Cal Jello Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange Jell-O
    1 c. crushed pineapple (in own juice; save juice)
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 oz. (about 1/2 c.) mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O and marshmallows in boiling water using mixer or blender.
    Add yogurt and mix until smooth.
    Add cold water to reserved juice to make 1/2 cup.
    Add to Jell-O mixture.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in pineapple.
    Put in mold; chill until firm.
    Serves 8.
