Hobo Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 pound ground beef (per person)
Salt and Pepper
Potatoes, cut for french fries
Carrots, peeled and split lengthwise
Onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preparation

Place a large patty of seasoned ground beef on a square of aluminum foil.
On meat, place 4-6 slices of onion, 4-6 slices of potatoes, and 4-6 strips of carrots.
Pull the foil up to form a cup and over each ground beef patty pour 1 tablespoon of the sauce (see sauce recipe listed below).
Twist the foil edges tightly. Place on cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serves any number desired.
