Margie'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add to squash and mix well.
    Add cracker crumbs to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Save small amount of cheese for topping.
