Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. coconut (grated)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation

Beat
egg
whites.
When fluffy, add sugar and vanilla. Add coconut
and corn flakes.
Drop on greased pan with spoon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
