White Christmas Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate mint chips
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Slowly add sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Fold in vanilla, nuts and chips.
    Drop by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with foil.
    Do not peak.
    Place cookies in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
    Turn off immediately.
    Leave overnight or at least 6 hours.
    Yields 3 dozen.
