Liptauer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
dash of white pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 anchovy fillets, minced (optional)
1 tsp. capers, finely minced (optional)
Preparation

Soak minced onion in 1 tablespoon water for 10 minutes.
In a cup combine dry mustard with 2 teaspoons warm water and let stand 10 minutes.
Combine butter and cream cheese, blending well.
Add onion, dry mustard, anchovy fillets, capers, caraway seed and white pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Pack into a 2-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
