Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in small chunks
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, removing hard stems.
    Cook Minute rice according to package directions.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
