Steak On A Stick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno or green chili peppers
2 lb. top loin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Marinate beef overnight in refrigerator.
Drain and grill.
Use sauce to baste while cooking. Soak wooden skewers several hours in water before use to prevent burning over the fire.
