Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini, sliced
    3 yellow neck squash
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large red onion, chopped
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in order given in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon just before serving and return to oven for 5 minutes.
