Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
5 eggs
1 can coconut
2 pie shells
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and butter, mixing well.
Add buttermilk and canned coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
