Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. manicotti noodles
    1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    1 egg
    2 pieces toast
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can Hunt's ready Italian tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Brown and drain beef or sausage.
    Mix the meat, egg, toast, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and garlic salt together.
    Stuff meat mixture into cooked noodles. Place stuffed noodles into baking dish.
    Mix tomato sauce, paste, 1 can of water (use paste can) and seasonings together; pour over noodles.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is completely melted.
