Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can pink or red salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. canned milk
    2/3 c. chopped celery (if desired)
    1/2 c. liquid (water and fish juice)
Preparation
    Drain fish; save juice.
    Flake fish.
    Add all ingredients; mix well.
    Pack firmly into greased glass loaf pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until firm and brown.
    Serves 5 or 6. Serve with cheese sauce and lemon wedge.
