Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    3 c. cold milk
    2 to 3 tsp. brandy extract
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup cold milk with sugar, egg, vanilla and pudding and beat 1 minute or until thick.
    Blend in 1/2 cup milk, flavorings and nutmeg.
    Whip two minutes.
    Blend in remaining milk.
    Chill and serve.
