Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) jar reduced calorie low-fat Russian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 small can sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Put chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Mix together Russian dressing, apricot preserves, onion soup mix and water.
    Pour over chicken. Bake, covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Then add pineapple and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Serve over white rice if you like white rice.
