Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fat fryer
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well and add water and salt.
    Stir in flour with a spoon (dough is stiff so knead in the last of flour with hands like you would your bread dough).
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Roll each piece as thin as possible on a lightly floured cloth covered board.
    Place between 2 towels until dough is partly dry.
    Roll up as for a jelly roll.
    With a sharp knife, cut into strips.
    Shake strips loose, then they are ready to cook in chicken broth.
