Poutishum-Wau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    3 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done.
    Mash and put aside. Crumble ground meat into frypan.
    Dice onion and fry 3 to 5 minutes until done. Drain grease and put hamburg and onion into baking pan or casserole dish.
    Add creamed corn next.
    Spread potatoes on top and butter on top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until peaks start to brown.
