Company Eggs(Yields 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, crusts removed
    4 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. ham, diced
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Remove crusts from white bread and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch cake pan, covering bottom.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, ham, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Pour over the bread.
    Cover with cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
